After hearing from several families and sensing a general need in our community and culture, Calvary Church is prayerfully considering starting a hybrid elementary school. We are in the early planning stage and value your input as a parent of one or more elementary school-age children.

If you have a child entering Kindergarten through 5th grade in the 2021/2022 school year and  have an interest in a hybrid educational model, please complete the survey below. (A hybrid model would see students in class on campus on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while studying at home following teacher-directed lesson plans on Tuesday and Thursday.)

If the survey results confirm enough interest, a community meeting will follow in April or May at which we will share much more about our vision and methodology. A new school typically opens with the early education levels (K-2); however, we will consider opening grade levels with the highest demand and enrollment. A minimum of twelve students is necessary to open a grade level.
